Cuplock Scaffolding

Vertical/Standard

Specification:

The Vertical/Standard have fixed cups at intervals of half a meter. These vertical tubes are designed with rotating cups on the top that are capable of securely holding up to four components. Verticals come in different sizes, the availability of different sizes provides flexibility and allows for customization of the scaffolding system to meet specific project requirements.

Horizontal/Ledger

Specification:
Horizontal/ledger are manufactured from 40 mm NB (nominal bore) tubes with a thickness of 3 mm, ensuring exceptional strength and long-lasting durability with virtually no maintenance required. Each ledger is fitted with forged blade ends that facilitate rapid and secure assembly by locking firmly into the lower cup of the vertical Cuplock standards.

Base Jack

Specification:
A Base Jack provides a strong, level and stable foundation for scaffolding structures, formwork, and shoring systems. It is positioned at the bottom of scaffolding standards (vertical tubes) to distribute loads properly and adjust for uneven ground levels at construction sites. In addition, a Base Jack offers reliable leveling support on irregular surfaces while ensuring a stable base for vertical standards. By adjusting the height of the threaded screw rod with a nut, workers can easily keep the cuplock scaffolding system balanced and secure. Because of its durability, adjustability, and strength, the Base Jack plays a vital role in maintaining stability and safety in all types of construction projects. Base Jack Base Jack
Features:
Adjustable Height: Equipped with a threaded solid or hollow rod, allowing fine height adjustment for leveling scaffolding on uneven surfaces. Strong Base Plate: A square or rectangular mild steel plate (usually 150mm × 150mm or 160mm × 160mm) is welded at the bottom to distribute loads evenly and prevent sinking. Load Bearing: Designed to carry heavy vertical loads from scaffolding and transfer them safely to the ground. Durable Material: Manufactured from high-quality mild steel for strength, durability, and long-term reuse. Corrosion Resistance: Often painted, galvanized, or powder-coated for protection against rust and harsh weather.

U-Jack/Stirrup Head

Specification:

The U-Jack/Stirrup Head is an essential scaffolding and shuttering accessory designed to provide strong and stable support for beams, slabs, and formwork systems. Its primary function is to securely hold timber runners, H-beams, or steel channels in place, ensuring accurate alignment and enhanced stability during concrete casting.

It’s provides robust support for beams in cuplock scaffolding systems. It is designed to connect cuplock scaffolding standards and is equipped with a screw rod and a nut.

Manufactured from high-grade mild steel, the U-Jack delivers high load-bearing strength and long service life. Moreover, its adjustable design makes it compatible with props, cuplock systems, and H-frames, so workers can easily achieve the required height for various slab levels and beam depths. Because it resists corrosion through painted or galvanized finishes, the U-Jack remains durable and reusable across multiple projects.
Features:
  • Strong Support: Holds beams and slabs firmly in place.

  • Durable Build: Made from premium mild steel for long-term use.

  • Adjustable Fit: Works with props and scaffolding systems for flexible height.

  • High Load Capacity: Provides stability even under heavy concrete loads.

  • Reusable & Economical: Designed for multiple construction cycles.

  • Protective Finish: Painted or galvanized for extra resistance to wear.

MS Challi

Specification:

MS Challi is a vital scaffolding and shuttering accessory that provides strong and stable support during concrete slab and beam formwork. Manufactured from premium-quality mild steel, it delivers exceptional strength, durability, and the capacity to withstand heavy loads on construction sites.

ts rigid design ensures accurate alignment and stability, allowing builders to achieve smooth and reliable formwork results. Moreover, MS Challi is easy to install, reusable, and cost-effective, which makes it a preferred choice for both small-scale and large-scale construction projects.

In addition, Challi functions as a type of scaffold plank that creates temporary working platforms for construction workers. It provides safe access and stability while tasks are carried out at heights. The Challi fits securely onto the Cuplock scaffolding ledger, supported by Cuplock standards. It is crafted by welding square tubes together with uniform spacing, ensuring maximum strength, safety, and long-term durability.
Features:
  • Premium mild steel construction for superior strength.

  • Provides stable support for slabs, beams, and shuttering.

  • Slip-resistant and safe for elevated work platforms.

  • Easy to install, reusable, and highly cost-effective.

  • Designed to fit seamlessly with Cuplock scaffolding systems.

Walkways/Planks

Specification:

Walkways/planks are essential scaffolding components designed to provide safe and secure access for workers during construction, repair, or maintenance work. Manufactured from high-quality mild steel, these planks are strong, durable, and capable of withstanding heavy loads while ensuring maximum safety at elevated heights.

It is fixed onto the cuplock scaffolding ledger and is designed to withstand heavy loads. The scaffold plank is equipped with welded hooks on every corner, which allow for easy attachment to the cuplock scaffolding system. Additionally, perforated plates are used to improve its anti-slip performance, providing a safe and secure surface for workers to walk on.

Spigot Pin/Joint Pin

Specification:

Spigot Pins, also known as Joint Pins, are key parts of scaffolding. They connect two vertical tubes securely, making the structure strong and stable. By forming a firm joint, they help scaffolding bear both upward (vertical) and side (lateral) loads.

  • Material: Mild Steel (MS)

  • Length: 250mm – 300mm (approx.)

  • Outer Diameter (OD): 38mm

  • Finish: Painted

  • Weight: 500g – 700g (depending on size & material)

Function & Usage:
  • Provides strong vertical connections between scaffolding tubes.
  • Helps scaffolding handle both upward and sideways loads.
  • Keeps vertical standards aligned and stable.
  • Commonly used in construction, maintenance, and industrial scaffolding systems.
